Natural face Lift

Why a natural face lift, well there are about 57 muscles on the face, all interconnected, all lying under the skin, and more importantly attached to the skin.  Because the muscles on the face are attached to the skin, it makes exercising even more effective and essential, to achieve, strong toned muscles, which results in firm smooth skin.  Wherever the muscles go the skin goes with it.

The biggest motivation should be the fact that we cover the rest of our body but the face is on view at all times to face the world.  What a responsibility! This is little to ask of ourselves to get the benefits exercising brings, I call it the FEEL GOOD FACTOR! Confidence, youthfulness, and a feeling of well-being.

Also the benefits are immediate once you start doing the exercises you will feel your muscles working, and you will see an improvement in the tone and a radiance of the face.  After the first few weeks, once you are into the advanced stage you will actually see a gradual lifting of the face.  If the exercises are done correctly and regularly the benefits are immense.

Your   –   Eye lids will firm up  –  fold will diminish  –  lines will soften  –  eye will open up.

Your   –   Cheeks will become firmer and more plumped up.

Your   –   Mouth area will become firmer – lines on your upper lips will be reduced
